Remarks:
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed 
as oil. The oil slick is believed to be associated with NRC report #1216241.
 The anomaly was attached to the oil facility mentioned in the NRC. It 
extended approximately 0.47 nm SW-NE and 0.08 nm in width. The dark anomaly 
was distinguishable from natural phenomena in the vicinity. The orientation 
of the anomaly aligned well with ocean currents data near the time of 
the image which were moving towards the east at 1 kts.
