Remarks:
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed 
as oil. It is believed to be an oil slick that emanated from the Coimbra 
Tanker Shipwreck. The linear anomaly extended approximately 0.90 nm N-
S and 0.04 nm in width . The anomaly was dark and distinguishable from 
natural phenomena in the vicinity. The orientation of the anomaly aligned 
well with winds at the time of the image which were coming from the north 
at about 10-15 kts.
