Image Date & Time: 06-29-2018 1644 UTC

Confidence: High
Issue Date: 06-29-2018

Remarks:
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed
as oil. The anomaly was white/silver relative to its background which
is consistent with oil in sunglint. Additionally, the anomaly appeared
to originate from an oil facility or a sunken barge in the immediate vicinity.
The anomaly extended about .75 NM long by 0.05 NM wide at its widest.
Winds were at 5 KT out of the SW at the time of the image. Given the
above factors we have HIGH confidence in our assessment.

Uncertainties:
This anomaly could be emanating from any of three possible sources in the
immediate area, including a known repeat leak source associated with the
recovery of a sunken barge previously noted in NRC#1212987.
