This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly composed of three distinct patches varying in length from 5 NM to 10 NM with the widest exceeding 2 NM. These features contrasted very well with their background and may or may not be related to the same event. There were numerous oil facilities and pipelines in the immediate vicinity and the anomalies aligned well with winds out of the WNW at 5 KT. The anomaly may have been associated with NRC#1218486. Considering the above factors we have MEDIUM-HIGH confidence in this assessment. UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly could be biogenic material or a cleaning agent/dispersant.
