This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The 7.5 NM long anomaly had very good contrast relative to its background and had some abrupt turns. Additionally, the anomaly appeared to originate from a point source. Winds were out of the WNW at 5 KT at the time of the image. UNCERTAINTIES: Composition may be something other than oil, such as a dispersant or cleaning agent.
