This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 0.67 NM in length and 0.11 NM in width. Winds were 5kts out of the SW. Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is medium. There was no discernable point source, although it was located near a pipeline and oil facility. The anomaly featured feathering on the western edge and had high contrast with surrounding area. UNCERTAINTIES: There was no discernable point source or reported oil sighting on the NRC hotlist.
