This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. Possible oil anomaly measured 11 nmi in length by 0.1 nmi in width on average. It widened with increasing distance and exhibited feathering, consistent with radar derived winds from the northwest at 10kts at the time of the pass. The anomaly showed good contrast and well defined edges against the ocean background. UNCERTAINTIES: No suspected vessel target was present in the satellite scene. Origin is unknown.
