This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. Possible oil anomaly measured 2.1 nm in length by .73 nm width. The anomaly shows good contrast and well defined edges against the ocean back ground and is believed to correspond to NRC report #1221764 UNCERTAINTIES: No obvious target was present in the scene although there are multiple oil platforms nearby. The point source is unknown.
