This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was believed to be oil emanated from a vessel. It was 39.5 nm in length, and 0.15 nm wide on average. Portions of the anomaly showed noticeable widening with increasing distance and the anomaly exhibited feathering, which agreed with the satellite derived wind from WSW at 10 knots . The anomaly had a large contrast with its surroundings. UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly did not widen consistently throughout its entire length. It appeared that there might be a discontinuity in the mid-section of the feature.
