This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 1.59 NM in length and 0.33 NM in width. Winds were 5 kts out of the SE. Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is Medium. The anomaly had high contrast with the surrounding area and an irregular shape. The anomaly was located between two oil facilities and over several pipelines.
