This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. It measured approximately 16 nmi in length by 0.45 nmi in width on average, and stretched north from the destroyed Taylor platform. It exhibited good contrast against the ocean background and was distinguishable from natural phenomena. Winds near the time of the image were from the east at 5kts. UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly was split into 2 segments, but it is believed with a high degree of confidence that both sections are related, and that they originated from the same source.
