This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. It measured approximately 8 nmi long by 1 nmi wide, and exhibited well defined boundaries. No origin could be concluded. The anomaly stood out from other features in the image and was removed from any natural phenomena. Winds in the area are out of the ENE at nearly 10 kts.
