This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 2.5 nm N-S and 1.28 nm at its widest. The majority of the anomaly was black in color with the center showing a mixture of rainbow and metallic. UNCERTAINTIES: There was no known point source within the vicinity or NRC report. There were clouds present. Lastly, both wind and ocean current data near the time of the image did not align with the orientation of the anomaly.
