This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly is about 3.4 NM long by 1.8 NM wide at its widest point. Winds were 10-15 KT out of the ESE at the time of the image and correlate somewhat with the slick. The anomaly orignates from a known repeat leak source, the Destroyed Taylor Platform. Considering the above factors we have HIGH confidence in this assessment. UNCERTAINTIES: The total areal extent of the slick could not be determined due to cloud cover.
