This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. It is believed to be the same feature as reported on in NRC #1227360. The anomaly measured approximately 5 NMI long by 0.3 NMI wide on average, exhibited good contrast against the ocean background, and was removed from natural phenomena. Winds near the time of the image were southeasterly 5-10kts. UNCERTAINTIES: Confidence in that the anomaly is oil is lowered due to no clear origination point.
