REMARKS:
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly appeared to be emanating from the destroyed Taylor Energy platform and extended roughly 10.6 nmi towards the south.
Measured winds at the time of observation were 10 kts and from the northeast. Modeled ocean surface currents were 1.25 kts and towards the northeast. 
Confidence was determined to be High given the association with the repeat leak source and alignment with wind directions.
