This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 1.22 NM in length and 0.58 NM in width. Winds were 15kts out of the East. Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is Medium. The anomaly had moderate contrast with the surrounding area. It exhibited feathering that lines up with wind direction. It was located near two oil facilities to the East of the anomaly. It was also located directly over two pipelines. UNCERTAINTIES: A point source could not be verified.
