This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 1.96 NM in length and 1.23 NM in width. Winds were 5-10 kts out of the East. Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is Medium-High. The anomaly exhibited feathering and had well defined edges. The anomaly had really high contrast with the surrounding area and nothing else like it was seen in the image. The anomaly appears to have been a bilge dump. UNCERTAINTIES: No point source could be determined and no ships were in the area at the time of the image.
