REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 13.75 NM in length and 1.12 NM in width. Winds were 5-10 kts out of the East.

Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is high. The anomaly exhibited feathering and high contrast with the surrounding area. The anomaly appears to originate from the destroyed Taylor Energy platform a known repeat leak source.
