This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly is likely associated with Hotline #9831 Lake Washingotn A10 Well Leak. The anomaly appears in patches and covers an area 5.5 x 6.0 nmi. Measure winds in the area at the time of observation were 10 kts and from the southeast. Confidence was determined to be High given the associated likely point source and the sharp contrast to background surroundings. UNCERTAINTIES: Several patches appear weathered in satellite imagery and there may be errors associated with delineation of the areas.
