This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly may be associated with NRC #1233270. The anomaly measured 6.4 nmi in length and 1.7 at its widest point. Measured winds in the area of observation were from the northeast at 10 kts and aligns well with the anomaly's orientation. Confidence was determined to be Medium-High given the sharp contrast on the leading edge and the anomaly appeared to be out of place.
