This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly stretched roughly 7.5 nmi in length and measured 0.3 nmi wide. Measured winds in the area at the time of observation were 5 kts. Confidence was determined to be Medium given the close proximity to shore, sharp contrast to the background surroundings, and no associated suspected point source.
