Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly stretched roughly 7.5 nmi in length and measured 0.3 nmi wide.
Measured winds in the area at the time of observation were 5 kts.
Confidence was determined to be Medium given the close proximity to shore, sharp contrast to the background surroundings, and no associated suspected point source.
