This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 19.24 nm oriented NW-E and 0.2 nm in width. The anomaly was seen in both U.S. and international waters. It had a moderate contrast to its surroundings. UNCERTAINTIES: The point source was unknown due to the eastern portion of the anomaly being in international waters. There was a possibility it was connected to the bright objects seen on the east end. This anomaly could be associated with NRC report #1234216 (dark anomaly seen on far right of this image).
