This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 3.41 nm in length and approximately 0.14 nm at its widest. It exhibited good contrast to its surrounding. Winds near the time of image were from the NE at 10 kts. UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly was close to shore. The point source was unknown due to the anomaly being within the vicinity of various oil facilites, boreholes, and pipelines.
