This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 5.4NM in length and 3.2 NM in width. Winds were 10kts out of the SE. Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is Medium-High. The anomaly had high contrast with the surrounding area and exhibited feathering. It was located near several well heads and pipelines but a point source could not be determined. UNCERTAINTIES: No point source was observed and the anomaly was relatively close to shore meaning it maybe some other organic substance such as sargassum.
