This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly dimensions were 1.25 NM long by 0.15 NM wide at its widest point. Winds were less than 5 KT out of the WNW at the time of the image. The anomaly was associated with the sunken Cudahy Oil Tanker a known repeat leak source, therefore we have HIGH confidence in this assessment. UNCERTAINTIES: None.
