REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly dimensions were 1.25 NM long by 0.15 NM wide at its widest point. Winds were less than 5 KT out of the WNW at the time of the image. The anomaly was associated with the sunken Cudahy Oil Tanker a known repeat leak source, therefore we have HIGH confidence in this assessment.
