This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 37.53 nm SE of Miami. Since the anomaly was broken up into portions, the overall anomaly was located both inside U.S. waters and international waters. It was approximately 124.37 nm (as a whole) and 0.47 nm in width. The anomaly had a large contrast to its homogeneous surroundings. Each portion of the anomaly exhibited feathering. Winds were coming from the SE between 5-10 kts. UNCERTAINTIES: The extent of the anomaly was unknown. It may have continued either south or north of the image. There was no visible point source in this image.
