REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The slick measured approximately 28 NMI long by 0.35 NMI wide on average. It exhibited well defined edges and was removed from natural phenomena. Winds were from the ESE at 10-15 knots, consistent with the slight feathering signature.
