This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly extended approximately 8.9 nmi to the southwest from the site of the destroyed Taylor platform, and was up to 0.21 nmi in width. It appeared dark in color with some silvery streaks contained within the darker area. Winds at the time of the image were around 15 kts from the NE, and had been consistent in direction for well over 24 hours. This aligns with the orientation of the anomaly. UNCERTAINTIES: The known repeat leak nature of the suspected source of the anomaly leaves no uncertainty.
