This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 2.1 NM long and 1.1 NM wide at its widest point and had a bright white/silvery appearance in sun-glint. Additionally, NRC report 1243229 appears to be associated with the anomaly. Winds were out of the NW at 5-10 KT at the time of the image. Considering the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this assessment. UNCERTAINTIES: None.
