This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was 28.90 nm NE of Miami, FL. It became visible in U.S. waters and continued NE-E into international waters. The anomaly was approximately 13.34 nm oriented SW-NE and approximately 0.41 nm at its widest. There was no visible point source seen in the image. The anomaly was dark enough to show contrast against its homogeneous surrounding. The anomaly did exhibit a feathering signature towards the SW end. Winds near the time of image were coming from the E between 5-10 kts. UNCERTAINTIES: The full extent of the anomaly was unknown due to the anomaly possibly continuing NE-E onto the next image which was not available.
