This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was located approximately 91 nmi SE away from New Orleans, LA. It extended 1.04 nmi from NW to SE direction as its length and was measured 0.27 nmi wide. It exhibited a white shimmery appearance near sun glint and it had widened increasingly with distance. The anomaly is believed to correspond to NRC report #1243536. UNCERTAINTIES: The source of the discharge is unknown.
