This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 13.07 NM in length and 1.28 NM in Width. Winds were 5 kts out of the East. Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is High. The anomaly had high contrast with the surrounding area, exhibited feathering, and widened with distance from the suspected point source. The point source appeared to be an oil pipeline.
