This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was presented as several patches predominantly stretching in the N-S direction with its largest section measuring 10.5 nmi in length and 0.85 nmi at its greatest width. Measured winds at the time of observation were 5 kts and from the NE. There was also an apparent oceanic convergence zone located within close proximity to the anomaly. Confidence was determined to be Medium-High given there was no identifiable point source and the anomaly possessed a silvery sheen near its center.
