This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 1.43 NM in length and 0.64 NM in width. Winds were 15kts out of the Southeast. Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is Medium-High. The anomaly appears to be originating from a known oil facility. The anomaly had high contrast from the surrounding area and appeared to widen with distance from the suspected point source. UNCERTAINTIES: The image is over 24 hours old. There are no other supporting data/reports for the area around the time the image was taken.
