This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly is 4.0 nmi in length by 2.5 nmi in width. Winds are 5-10 knots out of the southwest. Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is Medium. The anomaly does not have a point source, but had high contrast with the surrounding area. UNCERTAINTIES: Image is 18 hours old and there is no Point Source to confirm oil.
