This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 3.99 NM in length and 0.26 NM in width. Winds were 10 kts out of the North. The anomaly had high contrast with surrounding area and appeared out of place. There are no other natural phenomena similar in appearance to the anomaly in the area of the image. The anomaly has similar characteristics to a bilge dump. UNCERTAINTIES: A point source could not be located. The anomaly did not exhibit strong oil characteristics such as feathering.
