This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured approximately 3.86 nmi in length and 1.85 nmi at its greatest width. It appeared dark in color and had high contrast to the surroundings with well-defined edges. Measured winds at the time of image were 10-15 kts and from the SE. Confidence was determined to be medium given there was no point source and no oil slicks were reported in the area. UNCERTAINTIES: No point source could be identified.
