This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. It was located approximately 128 NMI SE away from Savannah, GA. The anomaly measured approximately 11.27 NMI long by 0.55 NMI wide. It is distinguishable from natural phenomenon in the area. The anomaly has been tested negative for vegetation. The anomaly exhibits a feathering structure which aligns well with winds out of the NW between 15-20 kts near the time of the image. UNCERTAINTIES: The source of the anomaly could not be determined.
