This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. It was located approximately 155 NMI E away from Orlando, FL. The anomaly measured approximately 1.7 NMI long by 0.51 NMI wide. The anomaly showed good dark contrast with the ocean background and was far removed from natural phenomenon. The anomaly exhibited feathering which aligns well with winds out of the SW between 15-20 KTS. UNCERTAINTIES: Source of the anomaly is unknown.
