This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. It was located approximately 125 NMI NW from Honolulu, HI. The anomaly measured approximately 7.04 NMI long by 0.48 NMI wide. The anomaly had good dark contrast to its homogenous surrounding. It showed unnatural sharp turns and feathering; which aligned well with winds out of the NE between 15-20 KTS.
