This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The feature was amorphous in shape and measured approximately 1.4 nmi by 1 nmi. It stood out well from its surroundings and was removed from natural phenomena. An area of shimmery white color was observed within the overall sheen footprint. While there was no definitive source, there was an oil facility to the south and there were pipelines in the immediate vicinity. The anomaly tested negative for vegetative matter. Winds were from the southeast at 10 kts. UNCERTAINTIES: The origin of the anomaly was not apparent.
