This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 2.67 NM in length and 0.16 NM in width. Winds were 10 kts out of the SE. Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is Medium-High. The anomaly had strong contrast with the surrounding area, well defined edges, and exhibited feathering. The anomaly appears to be the result of a bilge dump. UNCERTAINTIES: There were multiple ships in the area but not one that could be positively identified as the source. The image is nearly 22 hours old as of this report.
