This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 1.61 NM in length and 0.16 NM in width. Winds were 5 kts out of the Southwest. Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is Medium. The anomaly had high contrast and sharp turns. There was nothing like it in the vicinity. The anomaly was located amongst oil wells and was observed directly over a pipeline. A point source could not be determined though. UNCERTAINTIES: No point source could be determined. The anomaly was located close to shore.
