This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil and appears dark against the ocean background. The anomaly measures approximately 1.0NMI wide and 3.3NMI long. This anomaly is concentrated near an oil facility and appears to be connected to it and winds during the time of this image match the orientation of this anomaly. UNCERTAINTIES: Given that this is not repeat leak and that the anomaly has been confirmed some doubt exists.
