This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 63.62 nm SE from Key West, FL and 3.59 SE nm from the EEZ boundary. It was approximately 8.72 nm oriented NE-SW and approximately 0.16 nm at its widest. The black-colored anomaly had high contrast against its homogeneous surrounding. The anomaly also widen with distance. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the E-SE between 5-10 kts. UNCERTAINTIES: No uncertainties.
