This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 1.93 NM in length and 0.96 NM in width. Winds were 10 kts out of the SW. Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is Medium-High. The anomaly had high contrast with the surrounding area and exhibited feathering that aligned with the wind conditions. The anomaly was located amongst several oil pipelines.
