REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 2.86 NM in length and 2.86 NM in width. Winds were 5 kts out of the Southwest.

Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is High. The anomaly exhibited a large amount of feathering and had high contrast with the surrounding area. The anomaly appeared to be originating from the destroyed Taylor Energy platform, a known repeat leak source.
