This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 3.62 NM in length and 0.8 NM in width. Winds were 5 kts out of the Southwest. Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is Medium-High. The anomaly exhibited feathering and high contrast with its surroundings. The anomaly was located within 1 NM of oil facilities and pipelines. UNCERTAINTIES: Point source could not be identified.
