This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 3.39 NM in length and 0.15 NM in width. Winds were 10 kts out of the South. Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is High. The anomaly appeared to be originating from the Cudahy, a known repeat leak source. The anomaly had high contrast with the surrounding area and featured several sharp unnatural turns. UNCERTAINTIES: The full extent of the anomaly could not be determined due to heavy cloud cover.
